This is something new. The plant just grow by inches everyday. This is the first fruit. Interesting thing is, the fruit appears before the flower actually mature to open. I am fascinated by this. It seems the plant has already determined to bear fruit before it has successfully concieved. I've done some research and found out that this is the female flower and it is destined to bear fruit. The male flowers are the bottom of the plant just above soil. I have about a dozen of them there. The flower is smaller.
